I bought this on your recommendation.. have to tell you, they sent me a faulty item I noticed day 1 by day 20 it had gone completely nuts and are refusing to replace or refund... Saying it's not faulty I have dead patch in my grass and this thing is scared of shadows...it's own shadow no less that it casts when it is sunny...the exact time you have to use it... Folks I would avoid this company you only have to look at the trust pilot reviews which I wish I had done first. They have had people completing repairs in their own mowers no doubt to invalidate any warranty.... Utter con artists. I am disabled and couldn't afford to get this but went without other necessity to get it to keep my grass in a condition satisfactory to my landlord. It also ran over my foot with blades turning.

They are a scam! They are a fraud! I am beyond furious with Mammotion and feel compelled to share my horrendous experience. I made a purchase worth $2,600, and it was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago. Since then, I have been stuck in an infuriating loop of broken promises and zero accountability. I have opened more than 10 support tickets and engaged in tens of chats over their official WhatsApp support channel. Every time I reach out to their customer service, I am given the same empty assurance that they will check on the status and get back to me within two business days. Not once have they followed through, leaving me completely in the dark about my order. Despite countless attempts to resolve this, Mammotion has demonstrated an outrageous lack of responsiveness and responsibility. This level of service is utterly unacceptable for any company, let alone one handling high-value purchases. I strongly urge everyone to avoid doing business with Mammotion. Their disgraceful handling of my situation is inexcusable. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for them to overhaul their atrocious customer service practices. I will never purchase from them again.

Sterling review. I reviewed it for T3 and it's among the very best tech I've ever had the good fortune to review. Above all it cuts my lawn in better stripes than I've ever achieved with a rotary. Visitors actually remark on how amazing the lawn looks. It seems extraordinarily reliable, too. And, against all odds, I have no satellite reception issues despite living in a glen surrounded on one and a half sides by 80-foot beech trees with the base station underneath them. I haven't needed to use the housing mount for the sat receiver at all. Amazing kit.

Use electric lawnmower its better and cheap to buy.

I wish people would look up how to do your own electrical. It's really not that hard. Running an electrical line off of another to a gfci (water safe enclosed outlet) that can be used outside. It would make the places you can put the receiver a lot better. Do your research. Just like you are doing now.

Very timely and useful video. Get my Luba today and a bit nervous about it. Had planned to drill holes in a paving slab to locate the charging station but silicone suggestion seems a lot simpler. Fingers crossed.

Hello, my English isn't perfect so I didn't understand everything. Can you cut to 30mm with the mower or doesn't that work so well? I currently cut my grass to 25 mm and in the summer to 30 mm or better to 35 mm.

Great review, the only thing I'm confused about is the chargers and charging time. You say 80 minutes to charge, and 30 minutes if you get the fast charger. But is that 80 minutes for each battery, or 40 minutes for each battery making a total of 80? And likewise with the fast charger, is that the same? 30 in total or 30 for each battery so 60 in total? It seems the fast charger is a bit of a waste of time if it can't charge two batteries, unless you get two, since you'll always be held back by the slower charger. It's a shame they don't seem to do a dual charger. EDIT: Never mind, I looked at the chargers, its 80 mins per battery on the standard charger so 2 hours 40 minutes in total to charge, and 30 mins each on the fast charger, so 1 hour in total to charge. So it is worth getting the fast charger, since it charges two batteries 20 minutes faster than just one charges on the standard charger.

Seems like a lot of money to pay. When there are no u.k agents for service or repair. I've seen quite a lot of u.k reviews saying this. And china is a long way to send something back and communicating to them is another problem unless you can speak their language.

Sorry appreciate this is an old video now. I’m looking at 42cm EGO push version for £455 vs GTech with a discount code for £315. GTech is lighter and have tried one and it does the job well. Would you say the EGO is worth the extra investment bearing in mind you get the lower spec battery with the standard entry level push version. Any advice would be a great help thank you 👍🏻

Good morning Mark, thank you for posting this guide, most useful! I have about 3/4 of an acre of mixed lawn and orchard, quite rough terrain in places, which I cut with an old Hayter ride-on petrol mower (which requires a lot of maintenance) and a corded Flymo. I recently bought this cordless LawnMaster mower and it's been a revelation - 2x2 batteries are sufficient for the whole area, and it chops through it with ease. I don't bother with grass collection, so everything goes to mulch, which works well. Not having to bother with extension leads makes cutting so much quicker, and I also don't need to purchase petrol (or replace deck/drive belts), so this can replace the ride-on for me. I hesitated, as it was an expensive purchase, but it's proving a good investment.

For the lawn shown, this is probably a decent mower although battery life may well be an issue. For smaller lawns requiring lots of turns, the self-propelled mower is awful - it’s rear-wheel drive which destroys manoeuvrability. Which idiot decided that rwd is the way to go?????

This mower has just started selling in the USA. Most newer homes in the U.S. have no boundary between your lawn and the adjacent neighbor's lawn. The Vision system needs a visual cue to determine one lawn to the next or the mower will mow both lawns or more. The only option WORX provides is the option to install a magnetic strip to subdivide the lawns (which looks terrible until the grass grows over the strip). This magnetic strip is expensive and doesn't always work. My Vision mower occasionally mows over the top of the magnetic strip and continues mowing the adjacent lawns until a boundary is found. I will keep my older version with the boundary wire. At least it has not failed and allowed the mower to escape yet. Back to the drawing board WORX.

I see the 41cm doesn’t come with a roller, quite annoying when you’re looking for stripes I can’t find any information of the 46cm, whether it comes with a roller or not?

Thank you on behalf of all the no longer young women realising they need to to get a new lawnmower but worried about which is best? how complicated is it going to be to assemble? and how easy or difficult it will be to to use? I googled and found what I thought might be the best model for me, then searched RUclips on spec to see if there were any reviews and demonstrations that might help me. Yours has answered every one of my questions and given me the confidence to just go ahead and order it.
